Here is the link to the handbook to file a copyright small claim at the CCB: https://ccb.gov/handbook/
Congress passed the Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement Act in 2020 (CASE Act), which directed the Copyright Office to establish the Copyright Claims Board (CCB). The CCB is a three-member tribunal in the Copy Right Office to create a less expensive and quicker way for creators to resolve certain copyright disputes. Parties with or without legal training can bring claims before the board for an initial $40 fee. At this time the CCB has started hearing cases. The terminology can be confusing so FYI Claimant is the person who files the small claims action Respondent is the person who the claim is filed against. If you want to file a claim, watch the video, read the handbook and if you want help ask an attorney to assist you.
